Yes, if you pan over the picture you can read the DVD cover to see the OEM restrictions, and you should read the cover. There are installation restrictions. It cannot be used to upgrade an existing partition, might require OEM tools etc. I tried to install in 3 different ways and it failed on each occasion. I have not yet had time to install and re-install over and over to work around them to get a working install. Instead I installed from a version freely available over the Internet from Microsoft.
